5.2 Wagering Requirement. 9.2 wim63 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability without liability on the part of wim63.
9.3 In any event, wim63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wim63 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 By wim63. wim63 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any player account where: (a) the player is found to be in breach of these Terms; (b) wim63 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) regulatory requirements necessitate account closure; or (d) the player is found to be under 21 years of age.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your wim63 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
